We are happy to welcome Prof. Dr. Tobias Schimmer and Dr. Philipp Hoffmann, Developer Experience at SAP SE and Dr. Peyman Toreini & Magdalena Feldmeier, Conversational AI at Allianz Kunde & Markt GmbH. They will give industry talks as part of our M.Sc. lecture Designing Interactive Systems: Human AI Interaction tomorrow (July 3rd, 2025), at 11:30 AM.

Both talks will explore how AI agents are utilized in their respective workplaces—software engineering at SAP and customer service at Allianz. The speakers will illustrate how AI systems are currently used and how they affect worklpace outcome dimensions. Furthermore, they will provide insights into what challenges are to faced and share lessons learned on how they overcome them.
