Agentic Enterprise Systems are enterprise systems (like ERP, CRM, or Business Intelligence & Analytics Systems) that leverage AI agents with autonomous, goal-directed behaviors to make decisions, execute tasks, and adapt dynamically. The advertised job position is integrated into the research topic “Agentic Enterprise Systems” at the human-centered systems lab (Prof. Mädche) and embedded in the collaborative research project "Agentic Business Intelligence & Analytics Systems" with the Bosch Group. In the project, AI agents for  automation and personalization should be developed within the context of operating and delivering BI&A systems at Bosch group. Access to real data and systems is guaranteed. The research work is thus located at the interface between information systems, in particular business intelligence and analytics systems and artificial intelligence.
