The MenschKI! project investigates how generative AI impacts employees in the workplace. The focus is not only on productivity, but also on investigating the impact on employee well-being. In addition, new approaches to personalized learning and the continuous adaptation of generative AI-based systems are being designed and tested for effective use in close collaboration with companies.
